Terms and Conditions of Purchase

1. Company Information

For purchases made on this website, New Medic Era AB is responsible, with company registration number 556610-4641 and address Karlavägen 71, 114 49 Stockholm. For information on how we process personal data in accordance with GDPR, see section 12.

2. Prices

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT and other applicable fees. The total cost of the purchase will be clearly displayed before finalizing the order and will include all costs associated with the purchase, including any postage and shipping fees.

3. Delivery

Normally, the product will be dispatched within 10 business days after the order has been received. If the product is out of stock, our procedure is as follows: you will receive an email to your provided email address stating that the cost of the product will be deducted from the total purchase amount, or if you have ordered only one product, the amount will be refunded within 7 business days. If you wish to order another equivalent product, this will be treated as a new order.

4. Shipping

Shipping costs are stated in connection with the purchase.

5. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an item: a cancellation is not valid until you have received confirmation from us. You may cancel your order free of charge until the order has been processed. Private individuals have a right of withdrawal; see the section “Right of Withdrawal.”

If you wish to cancel due to delayed delivery, this is possible until the order has been processed, i.e. when an invoice or shipping document has been created. Partial deliveries are made only upon your request and will incur additional shipping costs.

At checkout, the applicable delivery method will be stated. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address provided at the time of ordering is correct. Delivery is only within Sweden unless otherwise stated.

6. Right of Withdrawal

As a private individual, you have the right under the Distance Contracts Act to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. However, you do not have the right of withdrawal for goods that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.

You may inspect the product in the same way as in a physical store, but if the product has been used or handled carelessly so that it can no longer be sold as new, you are liable to compensate the webshop for the depreciation in value.

In some cases, you may need to break the packaging to determine the characteristics or function of the product. In such cases, the packaging must be opened as carefully as possible and returned together with the product. Please note that you cannot withdraw from the purchase of a product with a broken seal/technical seal.

Please also note that, by law, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the product. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned unused, in undamaged condition, and with unbroken packaging/seal/technical seal.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, follow the instructions under “Complaints, Withdrawal and Returns.” You will receive confirmation without delay that we have received your notice, after which we will assess whether the conditions for withdrawal are met. You will then receive an email with further instructions on how to return the product.

After receiving the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days from the day we received your withdrawal notice.

7. Changes to Orders

You may make changes to your order of in-stock items until the order has been processed. If the change is approved, any price differences will be adjusted according to the price at the time of the change. Private individuals have a right of withdrawal; see “Complaints, Withdrawal and Returns.”

8. Unclaimed Shipments

It is your responsibility to collect the shipment from the pickup point within the time stated in the notification. If you fail to receive or collect your package, it will be returned to us, and we may charge you a reasonable fee for shipping and administrative costs. If this fee is not paid, the claim will be forwarded to debt collection.

9. Complaints

If you receive a damaged product or if we have sent the wrong item, you must file a complaint as soon as possible and no later than 2 months from when you discovered or should have discovered the defect. The complaint period is up to 3 years depending on the nature of the product and any warranty provided.

The damaged or incorrectly delivered product must be returned in the same packaging and with the same carrier as when it was received, together with a detailed description of the defect.

Complaints must be made via our website by following the instructions under “Complaints, Withdrawal and Returns.”

If we cannot send you a replacement within a reasonable time, we will refund both the return shipping costs and the amount paid for the damaged or incorrectly delivered product.

10. Payment

We require payment for the product from the time it is dispatched from us.

11. Card Information

When you shop with us, payment is processed by Mondido Payments AB (company registration number 556960-7129), a Swedish secure electronic payment solution for e-commerce. Card information is always encrypted using SSL/TLS. All card data is stored in accordance with PCI DSS Level 1 standards.

12. Personal Data and GDPR

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR. In connection with your purchase, you agree that we store and process your personal data. We store the data necessary to fulfill our agreement with you and to conduct our business. Under GDPR, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If the data we store is irrelevant, incorrect, or incomplete, you may request that it be corrected, restricted, or deleted, which we will do to the extent permitted by applicable law (such as accounting regulations). 13. Disputes

The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) provides a free procedure that private individuals can use in case of disputes. Our policy is always to follow ARN’s recommendations. Disputes between companies are settled by a general court.

14. Complaints, Withdrawal and Returns

As a private individual, you have a 14-day right of exchange/withdrawal when shopping online. This means that within 14 days of receiving your package, you may return unused and undamaged goods. If a product has been used or handled carelessly so that it can no longer be sold as new, you are liable to compensate the webshop for the depreciation. To determine a product’s characteristics or function, you may in some cases need to break the packaging, which must then be opened as carefully as possible and returned with the product.

Please note that you do not have the right of exchange or withdrawal for goods that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken, or for goods that can deteriorate quickly or become outdated.

If the product is defective upon opening or becomes faulty, you have the right to file a complaint for up to 3 years from receipt. However, complaints must be made within a reasonable time and no later than 2 months after discovering the defect. If a warranty longer than 3 years applies, you may file a complaint within the warranty period.

Private individuals exercising their right of withdrawal must pay the return shipping costs. In the case of a defective product, we will refund the return shipping costs as well as the amount paid, provided we cannot send a replacement within a reasonable time.

A return or complaint number must always be included. Returns and complaints without an approved return or complaint number will not be accepted.

Instructions:

  • These instructions apply to all types of return requests. It is important that you complete all fields in the return form. The return number is valid for 14 days, and the return must reach us within this period.
  • We will contact you by email as soon as your request has been received and reviewed.
  • For returns, ALL products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories.
  • Always use outer packaging to avoid damaging the original packaging.
  • Pack the goods carefully to avoid damage.
  • Include a copy of the return confirmation in the shipment and send it to us.
